Yesterday was one of those perfect early Spring in the City days. We stomped across the City to the Olga Korper Gallery to see Vickie Vainionpää’s Gaze paintings. From there we hit the Vintage Shops of Dundas, and then to Good Fork for lunch. On the way home there was a mandatory stop at I DEAL on Ossington for a GF/DF cookie. In all, we got our 28,000 steps in.
What We Ordered: Good Forkin' Morning two free range eggs - sourdough toast - crispy home fries or a shepherd's salad with sumac vinaigrette $19.75 | Pressed Sucuk Sandwich crispy pressed pita bun, house sujuk köfte, haydari, pickles, lettuce, sumac’d onion, choice of side $23.00
Recommend For: Weekend brunch friends. While we were hungry, we were not quite at ‘Let’s split the pancakes’ and I will look forward to going back to do just that.
Reservations: Weekday reservations; weekends you’ll have to wait in line. But you can always put your name on the waitlist.
